Terms of service

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website and adjacent services ("the Service") provided by E:LAB Studio ("the Company"), and the rights and obligations of both parties. You are deemed to have accepted these terms once you sign up or pay for the Service.

1. Definitions

"Company": E:LAB Studio (Korean business registration 608-29-62679, represented by Kyungchan Yang)
"Service": AI search visibility (GEO) consulting, Schema tools, Security audit, Blog automation, and all adjacent free tools
"User": anyone — member or non-member — who has accepted these terms and uses the Service
"Member": a User who has signed in via Google OAuth and holds a unified account

2. Sign-up & accounts

Sign-up runs through Google account OAuth only.
One person may not hold multiple accounts. Identity impersonation results in immediate suspension.
Account fields (email, name, profile image) are passed through from Google. Edits must be made in your Google account to propagate.
You can log out at /account any time, or email gdode2080@gmail.com to delete your account.

3. Services & uptime

The Company offers free tools (URL audit, Schema generator, Security audit, etc.) permanently for free.
Some features unlock with one-off or subscription billing. Pricing and scope are stated on each service's pricing page.
The Service is intended to run 24/7 but may be paused for maintenance, incidents, or force majeure. We post notice on the site when this happens.

4. Billing & refunds

Detailed billing and refund conditions are governed by the separate Billing & Refundterms. Where these two documents conflict, the Billing & Refund terms prevail.

5. Domain audit (Security)

You must be the owner or otherwise authorised to audit the target domain.
We only scan domains whose ownership has been verified.
If you falsify verification or attempt to audit an unauthorised domain, all responsibility lies with you and the Company may suspend service immediately.
Scans are non-destructive and primarily passive. Active-check scope is documented in Responsible Disclosure.

6. User obligations

Users must not:

Impersonate someone else's domain, account, or payment method
Bypass security controls or harm other users
Bypass rate limits to make bulk automated calls
Submit unlawful content or use our infrastructure to launch attacks
Redistribute Company-provided tools, code, or content without permission

7. Company obligations & liability

The Company strives for reliable service but does not guarantee zero downtime.
The Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of user-submitted data. Decisions made on the basis of free-tool output are the User's responsibility.
The Company is not liable for damage arising from force majeure, war, network outages, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
For paid services, liability is capped at the amount paid.

8. Intellectual property

Rights to the site's design, logo, and code belong to the Company.
Output generated by users (e.g. JSON-LD from the Schema generator) belongs to the User, and the Company does not publish it externally without separate consent.
Content the User posts on the site (contact messages, waitlist notes, etc.) is used solely for operating the Service.

9. Changes to the terms

The Company does not unilaterally change these terms without notice. When terms change, we publish notice at least 7 days before the effective date on the site or via your registered email. Continued use after the effective date is treated as acceptance.

10. Disputes & jurisdiction

Disputes are resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the Company and the User.
If negotiation fails, the laws of the Republic of Korea apply, and the court of first instance is the court with jurisdiction over the Company's registered office.
