Billing & refund

These terms govern billing, refunds, and cancellation for paid services sold by E:LAB Studio ("the Company"). Matters not addressed here are governed by Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and related law.
1. Who processes payments
- All payments are processed via LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy USA Inc., "LS") hosted checkout.
- The Company never stores card numbers, bank accounts, CVC, or other payment-instrument data directly.
- Pricing is displayed in KRW or USD depending on the product. The conversion rate is applied by LS at the time of purchase.
- Invoices are issued automatically by LS and sent to your registered email at payment completion.
2. Product types
2.1 One-off purchases
- GEO engagement — roughly 14–30 days of work, single payment
- GEO Premium — above + external seed content + 1-month visibility tracking
- Security audit unlock — per host, applied automatically to re-scans of the same host
2.2 Subscriptions
- Schema Pro Monthly — auto-renews monthly; cancellation stops the next renewal
- Schema Pro Annual — auto-renews annually; same policy
3. Refund policy
3.1 One-off purchases
- Before work starts: 100% refund if requested within 7 days of payment and we have not yet begun work.
- During work: once audit / structural analysis has started, only a pro-rata partial refund is available. If part of the deliverable has already been handed over, we only review refund for the remaining portion.
- After work is complete: once deliverables (schema, structural recommendations, audit reports, etc.) have been handed over, no refund is available.
- Security audit unlock: 100% refund if requested within 7 days of payment and you have not downloaded the unlocked result. No refund after any access to the full report.
3.2 Subscriptions
- 100% refund if requested within 7 days of subscription start AND you have not used any Pro feature during that paid period.
- If you have used a Pro feature even once, no partial refund is given. You can cancel auto-renewal to stop the next charge.
- Cancelled subscriptions remain usable through the end of the paid period.
3.3 No-refund cases
- Digital deliverables (code, documents, reports) already received without cause beyond change of mind
- Extra costs caused by your non-cooperation or failure to provide information
- Service suspended for breach of these terms or the Terms of Service
4. Refund procedure
- Email gdode2080@gmail.com with your refund request. Include the order number and reason for faster processing.
- We respond on whether the refund is eligible within 3 business days.
- On approval, the refund is issued via LS to the original payment method. LS typically takes 5–10 business days to settle.
5. Auto-renewal & cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- You can cancel auto-renewal any time at /account or in the LS customer portal.
- If auto-renewal occurred because you did not cancel in time, a refund is available within 7 days of the renewal date if you have not used any Pro feature since.
6. Price changes
The Company may change the price applied to future purchases without prior notice, but prices already paid for one-off purchases are not changed retroactively. Subscription price increases are announced via your registered email at least 30 days before renewal.
7. Withdrawal & consumer protection
Under Article 17 of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the right to withdraw an order on digital content may be limited from the point of download / access. The refund policy in Section 3 supplements that statute.
8. Dispute resolution
Billing / refund disputes are resolved first through negotiation with the Company. If negotiation fails, you may apply for mediation through the Korea Consumer Agency, the Electronic Transactions Dispute Mediation Committee, or other competent authorities.
