Which tools do you actually use?+
We call Google's official PageSpeed Insights API directly. Lighthouse runs under the hood, but going through PSI gives more consistent results than running it locally — PSI controls for browser, network, and CPU variance. On top of that we run our own stack fingerprint (response headers + HTML), so score and stack land on the same screen.
Can I trust the score?+
It's the same score Google itself shows. Running PSI on your domain manually returns essentially the same number (give or take measurement noise). That said, the score itself matters less than "which fixes save how many milliseconds" — that's the useful part.
What if the site is bot-blocked?+
If Cloudflare or Wordfence blocks the PSI request, the result page shows a "reliability notice" so you don't act on a misleading 100/100. If you need a bypass, message the studio after paying and we'll run a manual pass for you.
Do I pay again to re-scan the same domain?+
No. $29 is one-time per host. Once you pay, every future scan against the same domain auto-unlocks — the typical flow is run → fix → re-run → confirm the score moved.
Can I share the result?+
Yes. The result URL is permanent (e.g. /services/speed/scan/abc123). Send it straight to your designer or contractor — no login required.
What if I get only a few recommendations?+
If the report comes back with 3 or fewer items, or we can't detect your stack, the result page shows a "request manual review" mail link. The studio runs a deeper look and replies within 24 hours — already covered by your $29.
Is it mobile-only?+
We show PSI's default (mobile) result first, but the same call also collects desktop data. Lighthouse judges mobile more strictly, so fixing for mobile lifts desktop almost automatically.
Which platforms do you detect?+
Next.js, Nuxt, Gatsby, React, Vue, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, gnuboard, imweb, Cafe24, Makeshop, godo, and more — Korean and international stacks alike. Anything we miss falls back to generic advice plus the manual review channel.
Refund policy?+
Full refund within 24 hours of payment, as long as you haven't opened the unlocked recommendations yet. Full terms at /refund.
Is this a subscription?+
No. $29 is one-time. No monthly billing, no auto-renewal. Re-runs on the same domain stay free forever; a different domain takes a fresh $29.
